The Klingon Civil War continues and things look grim for Gowron and his allies against the House of Duras. Picard attempts to enlist the Federation’s assistance in the war effort to prevent the Romulans from destroying the Klingon-Federation Alliance. Later, Sela attempts to cross a blockade and Data gets his first command.
