Star Trek: Khan (“KHA“) is based on a story by writer-director Nicholas Meyer and is the franchise’s first official audio drama, premiering on 08 September 2025 as a podcast. The story follows the early years of the augment’s exile on Ceti Alpha V through the research of a Federation scientist aboard the U.S.S. Excelsior in 2296.
Each episode is indicated with either an “L” for listen or an “S” for skip. I also opted to order my viewing in “chronological order,” as best determined by the episode’s initial stardate. If there isn’t a stardate, I placed it where it made the most sense relative to the other episodes. Eventually, each title will link to a post that explains why to listen to or skip an episode.
Lastly, episodes that are “essential” are indicated with an * in the “Ep. No.” column. Essential episodes are selected on a number of factors, including character development, other canon connections, and cultural impact. In other words, these are often the best of the best of each season.
